One of my favourite photographs from when I had just changed over to digital. This is from the 10th of May 2003, taken at just after 4 in the afternoon.
The beach at Botany Bay is just down the road from where I live in Sydney's southern suburbs, and is a place I frequently go to walk. I always have my camera with me, of course.
Thanks for visiting my pages. I welcome all comments and any constructive criticism.
Thursday 24th of June: Just returned last night from the trip to Northern Australia, during which I was hardly able to get online at all. Thanks for all the comments lately. It will take me a few days, but I'll catch up with return visits to your pages.

Amazing composition, done proper justice to the sky and sand proportions

Thanks, Babul. The light was with me that day. No real exageration in postprocessing. Just a little exta saturation, straightening of the horizon and cropping above and below to produce the semi panorama effect.
