I keep returning to this spot, just outside Hyde Park in the centre of Sydney, not only because it's a bus stop that I use quite regularly, but also because you never know what you'll see there.
Taken on the 7th of February 2008 (11:26 am).

See this one also from December 2007, which was taken in the same place, and has a further link back to an even older one taken there .

This is Lekker (Afrikaans for very nice). The DOF and grass texture are awesome and a great capture of a moment in time.

This is a great shot. Not only the subject matter but the composition, the texture of the grass, the light. All around great. Nice lens, I bet you are happy

@Emilio Garcia: Thanks, Emilio. The lens is good, but the trick here was my use of the Smart Sharpen filter in Photoshop, which I believe has been available since CS2. It seemed to allow me to sharpen the couple (which I did selectively) much more than I could have done with the Unsharp Mask, without any unnatural effects.
I like the color and excellent sharp detail.

@Michael Skorulski: Thanks, Michael. As I've said in my reply to Emilio, above, I used Photoshop's Smart Sharpen filter to selctively sharpen the couple.
Me gusta mucho el encuadre, muy bien usada la técnica, Buen DOF! Un saludo y gracias por tu comentario.
